It is very important to provide the location of the construction so that it passes through the ceiling overlap between the load -bearing beams, and does not rest against one of them, otherwise it will have to be rebuilt and the ceiling will also have to be rebuilt.
  • When the boards are cut out, you can start digging a pit under the foundation. The depth of the pit is selected, relying on the features of the composition and freezing of the soil. It can vary from fifty to eighty centimeters.
  • Further, the bottom of the pit is well tamped, and sand is falling asleep on it. This pillow should be at least 10 – 15 cm.
  • The next step is to install formwork from the boards. The cracks between them should not be wide so that the concrete solution does not flow from the form. If necessary, you have to finish them .
  • The reinforcement is the reinforcement. It can be welded together in the form of a large grid or fixed (tied) using steel wire.
  • The most important point in the foundation device is to fill the solution into the form of formwork. The first layer may be a rude solution made of gravel and cement. After it grabs, the upper control layer of cement and sand is poured in a ratio of 1: 3.

The pouring takes roughly three weeks and is not fond of rush.

The foundation can be positioned flush with the floor or 5–7 cm above the coating. Its surface needs to be absolutely level. This is required to ensure that the entire structure is arranged in a perfect horizontal plane. It will take at least three weeks for the foundation to shrink and harden, so don’t rush into starting the masonry.

Building a furnace

In order to ensure that the stove looks good and lasts a long time, you must buy high-quality materials for its construction. For masonry, you’ll require:

  • Metal sheet 1 × 1 m for flooring in front of the furnace;

Without cast-iron components, installing a furnace is impossible:

  • On 24 – again, the corners that will become the basis for masonry, which forms the ceiling of the chamber.
  • On the twenty -fifth, the door is fixed on the cleaning camera, and the twenty -nine row work goes according to the scheme without retreats.
  • Two gate valves are smiled on the thirtieth row.

Chimney valve installation

  • From the thirty -first thirty -fifth row, a narrow part of the furnace is laid out, in which the chimney channels pass.
  • From thirty -sixth to thirty -eighth, the masonry expands, approaching the ceiling, which is very clearly visible on the scheme.
  • The following ranks relate to the second floor, and they are numb from the first row again.

  • The next part of the furnace, passing through the ceiling of the second floor, passes into the attic and is displayed on the roof. The whole pipe is laid out according to the scheme of the last rows.
